Her real name is Leslie, but the girls call her “Hooptie.” And she is one of their favorite people. Their Hooptie comes over once a week to visit with them. She also happens to be a very talented painter. Today she taught the girls about mixing paints, different tools, and how a canvas is made. We think we will do this regularly and display the girls’ work as they grow.
How lucky are we to have a Hooptie?!?

How fun is that! I still remember the bliss of fresh paint when I was about 3. My how those cute ones are growing!!
